3 April 2005 - Kozzy Journal 1

Greetings! We've just finished having lunch at Texas, QLD, which is just on the NSW border. It's a nice little town and really quiet (which is nice). The weather has been just beaut! Just what I was looking foward to. No clouds in the sky, dry, light, gentle breeze, and sitting around 27 degrees celcius.

We left at 9:22 am this morning and have travelled through Toowoomba, Millmerran, Inglewood, and now Texas. Onward we travel to Inverell, where we'll stay the night with friends. Check out some of the photos below!

10:00 pm

After having lunch at Texas, we travelled across the border into NSW and travelled through Bonshaw, Ashord and then made our way to Inverell. The car began mildly mucking up again only 2km short of our destination and putted up the Gardner's place. We then knocked on the door we thought belonged to their house... and we did pick out the right house.

It was great to see Levi and Gabrielle (friends from family camp) and their dad at their house. They showed us Inverell Lookout and a bit of the town. We had a really nice dinner (thanks Gabrielle!) and caught up about what we've all been doing.

Again, it's nice seeing old friends again. We retired about 10:30 pm.
